As a husband and wife team committed to serving the elderly and disabled in our community, we are directly involved in each aspect of the business, though none more importantly than the families we serve.  They are our inspiration and a valuable resource in providing for their loved one in the best possible way.

At your convenience, we will provide a free assessment in your home to learn about your needs and how we can assist you.  Together we will design a care plan and schedule to satisfy those needs.  When services begin, we personally introduce you to the caregiver we have selected and review the care plan together for completeness. 

The best part of our job is visiting and talking with our clients to ensure that they are receiving a consistently high level of care, and knowing that the assistance we have provided is helping them maintain their independence.  

ABOUT OUR CAREGIVERS

Knowing that we are only as good as the caregivers we have chosen, we select only those who are sincere and passionate about caring for others.  We also look for those who have had real-life, meaningful experience caring for elders  as well as certified nurse’s aides with a genuine desire to serve the elderly and disabled.

We take each one through indepth screening including criminal background check, Family Care Safety Registry clearance, driving records/insurance verification, as well as personal and professional references.  Once selected, they become employees of our company and are insured, bonded and covered by worker’s compensation.

We strongly feel that our caregivers stay abreast of situations and concerns that many of our seniors face today by requiring training on topics such as communications skills, caring for clients with Alzheimer’s disease, and communicable disease prevention.
